WE ARE WHAT WE EAT!

This is absolutely true!  Proper combination of the foods we eat is the key to proper digestion and, in the end, optimum health.

We are programmed to poison our bodies by eating what we see on TV commercials, the products we see on the shelves at supermarkets, and by how we were taught to eat as children.

Have you ever felt sluggish and bloated after a meal of various foods, such as a potluck or a holiday dinner?  There's a reason for that!

The digestive enzymes of the human digestive tract have certain limitations.  When we eat in such a manner as to override these limitations, we encounter digestive issues such as fermentation and putrefaction which affects every organ in our bodies.  And we wonder why Americans have so many health problems!
