This is a holistic health program that emphasizes physical, emotional and spiritual well being through detoxing, natural eating and myofascial release therapy.  The goal of Garden Path to Health is to help you live a healthier life style, to get well and to stay well.

Through natural eating which includes proper food selection and food combination, learn how to reduce and control weight, how to minimize, or even get rid of, headaches, fatigue, allergies, common colds and flu, aches and pains, feeling sluggish, losing weight and more.

Garden Path to Health also offers Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) utilizing John Barnes' approach, the founder of this technique.

The owner of Garden Path to Health, Lidia Smith, holds a Masters degree in Holistic Natural Health & Healing and is both a Certified Natural Health Practitioner and a Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner.
